Non-acute Channels, Sales Coordinator

**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for supporting the BD Non-Acute sales team and customers in the out-of-hospital space. Priorities include ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting inquiries and managing backorders, and being the primary point of contact for a defined list of customers. The Sales Coordinator will also be expected to support conferences and marketing projects as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Support sales team with administrative tasks including inventory updates, backorder and discontinuation management, drop shipments, and sample orders.
- Respond to customer leads and inquiries ensuring that any concerns are addressed and resolved in a positive and friendly manner and a positive customer experience is maintained.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, including BD Customer Service, distribution partners, and identified priority customers.
- Support Non-Acute Marketing Leader with tasks including conference and event planning, digital campaign coordination, and collateral preparation and distribution.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to get things done quickly.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills.
- Self-motivated, takes on additional responsibilities, and manages priorities with mínimal supervision.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- 1+ years experience in a similar role.
- University degree preferred.
