**Position**: Account Manager, Refining and Petrochemical

**Ideal Location**: Ontario is preferred (Sarnia Area). We will consider applicants from Montreal (Quebec), Calgary (Alberta), and Edmonton (Alberta)

**Territory**: This person will oversee an assigned territory with a focus on Refinery and Petrochemical customers in Ontario and Quebec and may include some customers in Western Canada.

**Status**: Full-time, Permanent (1)

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to assume the role of Account Manager for key customers spanning across Canada. In this position, you will primarily provide support to customers operating in the refining and petrochemical sector. Here are some of the main responsibilities as an Account Manager:

- Manage key customer relationships, in line with Quadra’s core values and strategic vision
- Meet or exceed annual sales and margin objectives
- Develop and utilize internal and external resources, showcasing Quadra’s reputation for service excellence
- Promote and sell Quadra’s superior product line to potential customers through routine customer visits, joint calls and participation in industry events
- Engage in social networking including organizing and hosting networking events with potential clients and partners in your assigned territory
- Provide customer assistance for troubleshooting and identify opportunities for optimization
- Travel frequently across Canada to assist clients on site, meet with potential customers, organize and/or participate in industry events
- Conduct presentations in front of customers and prepare written reports as needed
- Efficiently manage demanding timelines and effectively address after-hours emergencies with professionalism
- Thoroughly assess key decision makers and their specific needs to ensure proper qualification
- Successfully finalize new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and seamlessly integrating contract specifications
- Building and maintaining customer relationships with key decision makers/influencers to obtain repeat and new sales
- Proactively engage in cold calling to reach out to potential customers
- Provide weekly reports and effectively manage scheduling responsibilities
