CPC Pumps specializes in designing, manufacturing, testing, and servicing of engineered heavy duty process centrifugal pumps (fully API 610 Compliant) for the CCUS, Green Energy / Circular Economy, H2, LNG, Chem-Petrochem and power-generating industry since 1957.

CPC Pumps is looking for a talented professional to join our team to fill the role of **Aftermarket Manager**.

**The person in this position will be primarily located in Burlington, ON (Canada) or Houston, TX (United States).**

**Purpose**

The **Aftermarket Manager** will be responsible for the Aftermarket business (Including Parts and Service) of CPC Pumps. In accordance with divisional policies, develop the Aftermarket business and meet the company targets set forth by leading the repair, service, parts, and sales organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Effectively manage the Company’s Aftermarket Department at CPC Pumps Product Company to meet or exceed established annual targets and strategies
- Define the market needs and trends to promote the Company’s Aftermarket strategy for centrifugal pumps
- Establish and Execute the Aftermarket Strategy by aligning and close cooperation with Global Aftermarket Service Centers and teams
- Define and Develop the Aftermarket Products and Solutions while analyzing and meeting the customer needs to fulfil the company targets
- Monitor outstanding quotes in relation to the installed base and monitor the customer and service 1 to 1 ratios for global installed base
- Provide full support to North America and Global regions so that they have the best chance to develop the Aftermarket business for both Parts and Service.
- Support to establish Service Center in Houston for Pumps as well as global service center footprint by appointing local / regional service shops or establish own service shops as needed to support growth and profit targets
- Coordinate training and technical support towards the Aftermarket regions as needed
- Define policies, pricing and rates for service, parts, and repairs in line with the Aftermarket strategy
- Negotiate the resolution of customer claims, as necessary
- Coordinate with other departments, providing support for the solution to customers’ technical problems
- Evolve the current Aftermarket product offerings to increase organic growth
- Responsible for developing Aftermarket support resources
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed
- Comply with safety rules, regulations, and OSHA requirements

**Qualification Requirements**
- Have a proven track record of delivering results in the Aftermarket business, and of developing a successful, well-motivated organization
- Be a highly creative and dynamic individual as this position requires strong focus upon the future to provide a solid platform to continue the growth of CPC Pumps Aftermarket Business
- Knowledge of Pump operation, repair and service is preferred
- Have excellent communication and people management skills

**Education and/or Experience**
- BS in Business, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with rotating machinery manufacturing industry experience

**Physical Demands**
- Office environment involves sedentary work with repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where problems occur and workload is heavy

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
