Hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Position requires individual to be familiar with all facets of office work. Duties include:
- Invoicing
- Receiving and recording payments
- Oversee vendor management and relationships
- Schedule maintenance and repairs accordingly
- Receivables & Payables
- Communicating and coordinating with mobile / shop technicians
- Document preparation
- Reception/customer service
- Filing, data entry of accounts
- Updating / maintaining customer service records (on Excel)
- Checking and updating vendor parts and files
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
Individual must be eager to learn and able to perform under some pressure.
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or related field
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Experience with Quick Books or similar software
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with financial tasks
- Strong telephone manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Some experience in the truck repair or reefer maintenance industry is a definite asset.

Wages will be based on skill level and experience, wage posted is starting wage.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
