**Job Summary**:
The HR Manager will lead our Human Resources department and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can develop and execute HR strategies that support the business goals and enhance workforce performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program, assessing their effectiveness and researching industry trends.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
- Develop and administer human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years experience working in HR or similar roles
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
