We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our Human Resources operations and help cultivate our company culture.
**Responsibilities**:
Leadership and Strategy: Lead the HR department, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and promoting organizational values.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Implement effective onboarding practices to integrate new employees.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring issues are resolved fairly and legally.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance evaluation process, providing guidance to managers on performance issues and career development.
Learning and Development: Assess training needs and implement relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and support professional growth.
HR Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with federal and provincial legislation. Stay updated on HR trends and laws.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage and design competitive compensation and benefits programs to maintain employee satisfaction and compliance with legal standards.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote and develop initiatives that enhance diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the tech industry.
Knowledge of local employment laws and proven experience in HR policy development.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or similar certification is preferred.
