The **Sales Support Coordinator** is responsible for supporting the fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining expected service level targets for assigned accounts. The Sales Support Coordinator works collaboratively with the sales team, supply chain and finance to process orders, coordinating fulfillment with our warehouse, inventory tracking, customer service, and working with our client’s online interface.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing large volumes of orders while working with EDI and client portals for assigned accounts.
- Ensuring orders are fulfilled within our agreed upon timeframe for each client.
- Cross-checking order details to ensure they are aligned with our client agreements.
- Coordinating with our warehouse on order fulfillments and ensuring products are prepared and ready to be shipped.
- Processing changes made to orders including, but not limited to, address changes, cancellations, shipping changes, etc.
- Ensuring our client’s database is accurate and up to date with all necessary information.
- Complete set up of new items, PIP enrichments and own the IDM process.
- Reporting available inventory to key stakeholders and customers
- Maintain reports critical to business function, including Out of Stocks, Cycle Time, and service level performance
- Address any compliance fine issues with the customer, identifying root cause and corrective actions.
- Addressing all customer service inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as requested.

Qualifications:

- College Diploma/University Degree in a related discipline
- At least 2 years’ relevant customer service or order processing experience, ideally in B2B environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and customer service issues.
- Strong technology skills, including Microsoft-Office, e-Commerce platforms, report preparation, and multi-channel communication.
- NetSuite experience is preferred.
- Ability to define processes and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Resolve problems by analyzing data and identifying issues.
- A strong sense of personal integrity & responsibility
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
