Montréal QC, Canada VS Event Staffing INC Full time

**Responsibilities include**

**Admin/ Staff management**:

- Inputting new staff into the online staffing software (changes and updating as well)
- Booking staff through online software
- Manage bookings and support onsite team leads with staff check ins and last minute cancelations
- Confirming staff hours and submitting time sheets to accounting
- Collecting post event feedback from staff
- HR related support for staff and payroll / event related questions
- In person presence for monthly staff trainings

**Admin/ Client management**:

- Calls with clients to collect event information
- Sending quotes to clients
- Sending staff sheets to clients pre event / supporting clients with questions or concerns for upcoming event
- Post event invoicing
- Collecting post event feedback from clients
- Followup with clients for payments

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative work related experience is required
- Bonus of having worked with staffing agencies in the past

**Required skills**:

- Knowledge of google work space/ google drive
- Bilingual - Well written and well spoken in both (French and English)
- Knowledge of staffing and staffing software is a bonus
- Ability to work under pressure with very tight deadlines
- Ability to work on a team
- Efficient time management skills

**The position is virtual, meaning you can work office hours from home.**
- 35 hours per week
- 20$ per hour (negotiable based on experience)
