The Guest Service Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position involves overseeing day-to-day guest services operations, managing guest relations, and supporting the property management team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and coordinate the guest services team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and timely readiness of properties for guest arrivals.
- Assist in the training and development of guest services staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and manage booking platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing property listings.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality and maintenance standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, property owners, and service providers.
- Assist in creating and implementing service improvement plans and strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks related to guest services, such as reporting, scheduling, and inventory management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or related field, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational and management skills.
- Proficient in using property management software and booking platforms.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English, Chinese and French is highly desirable.

L'Assistant Manager des Services aux Clients jouera un rôle clé dans l'assurance du plus haut niveau de satisfaction des clients et de l'efficacité opérationnelle. Ce poste implique la supervision des opérations quotidiennes des services aux clients, la gestion des relations avec les clients et le soutien de l'équipe de gestion immobilière.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Superviser et coordonner l'équipe des services aux clients pour garantir une livraison de service exceptionnelle.
- Gérer et résoudre rapidement et professionnellement les demandes, réclamations et problèmes des clients.
- Coordonner avec l'équipe de gestion immobilière pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et la préparation en temps voulu des propriétés pour l'arrivée des clients.
- Aider à la formation et au développement du personnel des services aux clients pour maintenir des normes de service élevées.
- Surveiller et gérer les plateformes de réservation, en assurant des annonces de propriété précises et attrayantes.
- Effectuer des inspections régulières des propriétés pour garantir le respect des normes de qualité et de maintenance.
- Développer et maintenir des relations positives avec les clients, les propriétaires de biens et les prestataires de services.
- Aider à la création et à la mise en œuvre de plans et stratégies d'amélioration des services.
- Gérer les tâches administratives liées aux services aux clients, telles que les rapports, la planification et la gestion des stocks.
**Qualifications**:
- Expérience avérée dans les services aux clients, l'hôtellerie ou un domaine connexe, de préférence dans un rôle de gestion ou de supervision.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles, avec une forte orientation vers le service client.
- Capacité à diriger et motiver une équipe, avec de solides compétences organisationnelles et de gestion.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion immobilière et des plateformes de réservation.
- Souci du détail avec la capacité de gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches et priorités.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est très souhaitable.
