Nous recherchons activement un **Manager **Ressources Humaines **pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez responsable de l'ensemble de la stratégie et des opérations des RH, y compris l'engagement des employés, la gestion du changement, la formation et le développement, la rémunération, la santé organisationnelle, l'acquisition de talents, les politiques, les procédures et la conformité, les relations avec les employés. Il ou elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction pour développer des plans stratégiques, fournir une expertise dans l'avancement de la stratégie RH et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles initiatives à l'appui de la mission de l'AJWT.

Vous gérerez et motiverez une équipe de personnes à AJWT au Canada afin de fournir un niveau élevé de conseils et de soutien opérationnels en matière de RH à tous les secteurs d'activité.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Identifier et concevoir des opportunités de développement pour conduire un changement continu dans l'entreprise.
- Fournir une contribution experte sur un éventail de questions relatives aux ressources humaines (expertise généraliste / spécifique) ;
- Consulter et travailler en collaboration avec la direction, en fournissant des conseils de haut niveau sur le personnel, le cas échéant.
- Analyser les tendances et les mesures en partenariat avec l'équipe de direction et l'équipe des ressources humaines afin de développer des solutions, des programmes et des politiques.
- Soutenir et encadrer les managers si nécessaire, en veillant à ce que les techniques de gestion favorisent le bien-être et minimisent les risques commerciaux.
- Gérer, motiver et développer une équipe AJWT People afin de s'assurer que les questions de relations avec les employés sont prises en charge à un niveau élevé en conjonction avec les besoins de l'entreprise.
- Vous associez aux dirigeants et au personnel pour soutenir et mettre en œuvre des changements en accord avec les programmes de bien-être.
- Soutenir l'automatisation des processus de gestion du personnel pour améliorer les rapports et rationaliser les processus.
- Collaborer avec les cadres supérieurs pour réaliser la planification des effectifs et collaborer avec les partenaires de recrutement pour trouver les meilleurs talents.
- Vous êtes responsable du processus d'évaluation des postes afin d'établir des fourchettes de salaires et vous assurez que tous les ratios de comparaison sont compétitifs et conformes au marché.

One of the main divisions of the AJW Group is AJW Technique, a state-of-the-art component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility with over 150 experienced and passionate technicians in Montreal.

The **HR manager** is responsible for all HR strategy and operations including Employee Engagement, Change Management, Training and Development, Compensation, Organizational Health, Talent Acquisition, Policies, Procedures and Compliance, Employee Relations. He or she will work closely with the leadership team to develop strategic plans, provide expertise in advancing the HR strategy and implementation of new initiatives in support of AJWT’s mission.
You will manage and motivate a people team at AJWT in Canada to deliver a high standard of operational HR advice and support to all business areas.
