**Who We Are Looking For**

**What You Will Do as a USANA Event Manager**
- Coordinate with USANA’s Director of Sales in planning and executing all incentive trips, recognition, and events
- Develop project plans to deliver events that align with company goals and objectives
- Oversee end-to-end execution of assigned event areas owning timelines, communication, and result analysis
- Establish and maintain annual budget for events and recognition programs; facilitate timely and concise communications with all project stakeholders across internal teams to maximize execution of all projects
- Partner with sales teams to create effective communication and recognition plans to drive Associate attainment of trips and recognition programs, driving achievement numbers in line with budgeted sales targets
- Coordinate weekly shipment of recognition gifts

**Background and Skills You Will Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience of education and experience
- Three plus years’ experience in rewards, recognition, and/or events
- Extensive experience in project management, travel, and meeting planning
- Various weekend work and travel ability is required

**What Will Make You Standout**
- Fluent in speaking and reading Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred
- High energy and strong initiative
- Previous direct sales experience related to events and qualification programs
