**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Plan and execute all winery held events - gain a complete understanding of the requirements for each event
- Manage all rental inquiries and bookings
- Day-to-day execution of events and programs
- Ensure high traffic of events through broad advertising and promotion avenues
- Organize and record event feedback
- Handle multiple events independently
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth event execution
- Write and send out event press releases and partnering with various media outlets, including digital influencers
- Assess event upon completion, reflect on how to improve guest experience and/or increase sales
- Other duties as assigned

**THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING**
- Proven experience in events or hospitality industry
- Serving-it-Right
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- High organization and multi-tasking skills
- Appreciate and navigate through changes that come with event planning
- Problem-solving ability
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure without losing a customer-service oriented attitude.
- Experience with social media platforms an asset
