The ideal Warehouse Manager is a team player, forward thinker, and is key to our operational workflow. Whether the challenge is to load a large order, maintain an accurate inventory, or process equipment to our rental ready standards, attitude and accuracy is key.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Managing Warehouse Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and optimizing processes for maximum productivity.

2. Inventory Control: Implementing effective inventory management strategies, conducting regular stock checks, and managing stock levels to avoid shortages or overages.

3. Team Leadership: Leading and motivating warehouse staff, providing guidance and training, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.

4. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and best practices, conducting regular safety inspections, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

5. Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

6. Manage the warehouse staff schedule and bookings. Must arrange with the warehouse assistant appropriate dates and times to come into the warehouse to do the following items:

- Pick up and return of third party vendors
- Pick and up return of possible uhaul or truck rentals.
- Checking out and packing inventory into the vehicles for the next event
- Check in inventory from return vehicles and restore inventory to proper areas
- Maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse and its inventories
- Documentation of inventory through photographs
- Assist with catalogue and inventory list if necessary.
- Custom creating or building inventory required for the next event

7. Collaborate with other departments, such as planners, designers, and florists, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

8. Collaborate with all full-time staff with any reconstruction of the office that may affect the warehouse inventory.

9. Maintenance of the vehicles to make sure it is running smoothly for the next event.

10. Assisting with on-site event team if required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- 1 + years' experience supervising and managing rental staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately multitask under pressure with attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
- Flexible schedule
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skill
- Experience with Excel is an asset
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Willingness to work additional time where necessary to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Second Language is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $52,000.00 per year
