**Call Center Team Leader**

**Duties**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company software program
- Lead team of 10+ employees
- Follow company scripts and guidelines for effective communication
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas

**Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership ability to manager 10+ employees at once
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role REQUIRED
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to negotiate and persuade customers
