Bilingual Sales Representative reports to: Sales Manager

**Bilingual Sales Representative Responsibilities**:

- Calling on existing customers within a determined sales territory
- Working with Wholesaler, Hardware, Retailers, and Lawn and Garden Centres to build lasting relationships.
- Prospecting new customers
- Prepare monthly sales call report and submit at the beginning of each month.
- Attend monthly sales meeting via video conference call or in person
- Present to each account monthly sales specials and new items.
- Work with management to develop sales/marketing strategies to create new opportunities and penetrate new markets.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPI’s &, Sales targets, and annual revenue targets
- Participate in Trade shows (virtual or live) as deemed necessary.
- Support dealer events, contractor days, barbeques. Sales events etc.
- Schedule and provide ongoing Product Knowledge Training to Toolway customers and their staff.
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years experience

**Responsabilités du représentant des ventes**:

- Faire appel aux clients existants sur un territoire de vente déterminé
- Collaborer avec les grossistes, les quincailliers, les détaillants et les centres de jardinage pour établir des relations durables.
- Prospection de nouveaux clients
- Préparer le rapport mensuel des appels de vente et le soumettre au début de chaque mois.
- Participer à une réunion de vente mensuelle par vidéoconférence ou en personne
- Présenter à chaque compte les offres spéciales mensuelles et les nouveaux articles.
- Collaborer avec la direction pour développer des stratégies de vente/commercialisation afin de créer de nouvelles opportunités et de pénétrer de nouveaux marchés.
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs mensuels en matière d’indicateurs clés de performance et de ventes, ainsi que les objectifs annuels en matière de revenus
- Participer à des salons professionnels (virtuels ou en direct) au besoin.
- Soutenir les événements des concessionnaires, les journées des entrepreneurs, les barbecues, les événements de vente, etc.
- Planifier et fournir une formation continue sur les connaissances des produits aux clients de Toolway et à leur personnel.
