Important note: This position is a full-time, in office role. **Must be available to work Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 9:00pm and for a two week training from Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm.**

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries by relaying relevant and accurate information;
- Provide the best customer service by acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and issues;
- Act as a brand ambassador by possessing strong brand and product knowledge;
- Follow procedures and criteria to generate a high quality of service to customers.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Perfect bilingualism (written and spoken);
- 2-3 year experience in customer service (call center is an asset);
- Ability to handle difficult customers and show empathy;
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills;
- Perfect bilingualism (written and spoken);
- Ability to self-manage and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
