We are looking for a competent Assistant Office Administrator/Book keeper to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of a small office located near the airport.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist associates, keep office organized, and perform clerical/book keeping duties.

**Required Qualifications/Skills**:
General accounting and finance knowledge is required to keep updated records of office expenses.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and MS PowerPoint)

Attention to detail and ability to work independently with little or no supervision

Superior customer service and excellent written and communication skills

Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude, as well as multitasking and time management abilities and a positive can do attitude

Minimum 3 -5 years experience as an office assistant/ administrator

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
