Inside/outside Sales Representative and Business

**Job description**
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in imported gourmet food products and ingredients. We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to help us expand our customer base through cold calling and business generation, done through daily phone calls to potential customers. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research accounts across Canada (this will involve internet research and information gathering to identify potential customers across Canada).
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce products.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions from our product range.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Document and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve sales processes.
- Dedicate 1 week per month on physical meetings in Ontario and Quebec: drive to meetings and meet in person customers.
- Manage the assigned customers portfolio.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent spoken English and French are required
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Previous experience in sales, as business developer, or telemarketing is a requirement.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills, including ability to use Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong capabilities in internet research and pipeline creation
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Manage the territory of Quebec and Ontario in terms of sales and development

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
