Concord, Canada ON-SITE SPECIALISTS Full time

**Job Description**_: Position will be to assist the billing department (and scheduling if needed) in a variety of duties. Individual should be comfortable on the telephone as well as accuracy on the computer. Individual will be working with residents in facilities, their families and management in long term care and retirement communities in delivering excellent customer service and billing needs. Individual will work in invoicing clients, accepting different forms of payment (i.e. cheques, credit cards, etc) and follow up of receivables. Individual will have opportunity to gain both experience in working with billing software and scheduling software._

**Position Duration**: 8 months - with possibility of extra part-time work thereafter

**Work Location**: This position is a combination of working remotely and at the employer's physical location.

**Job City**: Concord

**Job Qualifications**:

- Start date as soon as possible
- Outstanding organizational skills, accuracy, multitasking abilities, excellent telephone communication skills, accounts receivable
- Quickbooks online is an asset for this role
- Willing to assist in other areas of business (including admin. if required)

**Other details**:

- 35 hours per week
- $16/hr
- WSIB coverage
