**The Role**:
The LifeLearn Production and Resource Manager (“PRM”) will work with our Account Executives (AEs), Meetings & Events, Veterinary Services, and Creative teams to scope, plan, and administer project workflow within the Industry Solutions team.

The PRM will be accountable for creating project timelines with key deliverables, financial KPI benchmarks, and project milestones that will optimize project health from start to finish while the team completes all deliverables within each project.

The Production and Resource Manager will:

- **Liaise with AEs and IS Directors to create project timelines with project **milestones and critical path for key deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to review the sales pipeline and ensure resourcing plans can accommodate an ever-changing workflow.
- **Collaborate with IS Directors to allocate employee resources and ensure the integrity of project health is maintained throughout the life of each project.**
- Participate in Internal Kick-off meetings to present Project Plans and transfer projects to internal stakeholders and project team(s)for implementation.
- Establish and drive monthly milestone management meetings with the AEs and IS Directors to ensure project deliverables are on time and on budget.
- The PRM will work with the IS Directors and finance team on monthly pass-thru fund management, invoicing and spend forecasting initiatives.
- The PRM will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support bi-weekly project forecasting management and proactively address scope creep concerns to activate scope addendum requests with project leads and AEs.
- The PRM will work with the Project Controller on the EAC (Estimate at Completion) revenue forecast every month.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Support IS Directors (Creative and M&E) to build plans and oversee workflow for projects, including the tracking of resources, project budgets, and timely delivery of project benchmarks.
- The PRM is a proactive person who is quick to respond and can work towards a deadline. At LifeLearn, we work with clients. We advocate for our teams. We improve processes to drive exceptional service delivery.
- Actively engaged in the management of project status updates for clients, taking responsibility for timelines and tracking expectations regarding project deliverables.
- Timely delivery of projects on time and within an established budget while maintaining quality of work and alerting the Directors of any concerns.
- Building relationships and expanding freelance resources.
- Managing SOW budgets and finding cost-effective production methods.
- Improved visibility of status and costs across all milestones within projects.
- Repeat work from clients due to efficient delivery of work and meeting cost budgets.
- Improved utilization of resources, working collaboratively with sales, operations, and finance teams to manage budget forecasting and resource allocation.

Self-sufficiency - detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly with mínimal direction.
- Experienced in resource allocation methodologies and tactical resource assignment. Must have experience in managing resource allocations for 40 or more employees.
- Creativity - the ability to develop concrete requirements, and to ask purposeful questions to gain clarity when direction is not clear.
- Critical thinking skills are a must.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing, client management, agency model of service delivery, project-based milestone business models, and adult learning content development (Continuing Education).
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects simultaneously while driving collaborative communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project profitability and adjust resources or terms of business accordingly.
- Think on a scale - how to find solutions not just for the situation at hand, but more generally and systematically across the team(s).

**SOFTWARE SKILLS**:

- Expert level skills with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word and PPT and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with Creative Suite; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an asset.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience.
- 6+ years of project management experience and at least 2 years in a creative or media agency are necessary.
- Client management or client success experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $95,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
