We are currently seeking an experienced, open-minded Product Manager to join us on this incredible journey helping to build out the tooling that supports our business. **In this role you will**:

- Lead efforts to understand users' needs, workflows, and pain points, translating these insights into impactful product features.
- Develop the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with business goals, customer needs, and company strategy.
- Align stakeholders on product vision, scope, and progress, acting as the primary liaison between leadership, engineering, and other teams.
- Define and be accountable for product goals and KPIs, sharing progress and insights with key stakeholders.
- Use strong communication and collaboration skills to manage stakeholder expectations and secure team support.
- Work closely with Software Development Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Service Line Engineers specialists to provide direction, prioritize work, and detail out epics/user stories for successful delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with other Product Managers to manage dependencies, ensuring alignment and leveraging shared functionality across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs and company vision.
- Manage a portfolio of internal tools of varying size and complexity, ensuring they meet the needs of stakeholders and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze needs in order to make build / buy decisions, exploring the market for available, pre-existing solutions.
- Coordinate release planning, sprint reviews, and continuous feedback to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage the product plan and feature backlog, providing clear visibility of progress and upcoming releases.
- Foster a culture of speed, candor, and curiosity to deliver efficient solutions for customers.
- Use analytics and user feedback to iterate on features, driving growth, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand enterprise architecture to ensure products fit within the broader ecosystem.

**You have**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in software product development, preferably within a technical domain.
- Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch and beyond.
- Experience working in a small, dynamic team or at an early-stage startup, with a mindset for rapid experimentation, learning, and iteration.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies.
- Proven experience aligning technical and non-technical teams, with an emphasis on clear communication and prioritization.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions, prioritize features, and solve problems; experience with financial modelling is a plus.
- A user-focused mindset, with a desire to build products that solve real-world problems and bring value to users.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, willing to roll up your sleeves to drive projects forward.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, capable of adapting messaging for different audiences and driving discussions to actionable outcomes.
