Booking Agent Coordinator

**Job description**
Bookings Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with bookings and databases
- Answer and direct phone calls, coordinate schedule and client visits
- Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system as per management requirements
- Perform regular data entry
- Provide general support to visitors
- Work with clients, entry level customer care
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
**Requirements**:
- Should be available for training
- Proven experience as a Booking agent and/or Administrative Assistant with reservation duties, call center agent, dispatcher
- Databases data entry and data management experience
- Excellent proven knowledge of mathematics
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Despatcher or call center: 2 years (preferred)
