Administrative Assistant/recruiter

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an Assistant Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in the field of recruitment and human resources.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
- Knowledge of clerical tasks and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with front desk operations or dental office settings is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide excellent customer support and maintain professionalism at all times
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- Typing: 1 year (preferred)
- Recruiting: 1 year (required)
- Phone etiquette: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
