Synergy Protection Group is currently hiring for Recruitment Manager. This is a key position and will be responsible for managing recruitment process of all client groups.

In this role, you will:

- Establish recruiting requirements based on the organization’s plan and objectives, meeting with support/operations managers to identify and discuss the needs
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for various positions
- Conduct full cycle recruitment activities such as job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, interviews and job offers for high-volume positions
- Organize, represent and promote the Company at various recruitment events such as virtual and in-person job fairs
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching and performance feedback
- Assist with internal projects as required.

Working Conditions:

- This role typically operates in a standard office environment but may require occasional travel for job fairs or other recruitment-related events.

What you will bring:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferably in Human Resources, Business management, law & security administration
- Proven experience as a recruitment manager in a security or related industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and partner effectively to promote “one team” approach
- Ability to organize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- CHRP or RPR designation is a plus
