As a Single Point of Contact Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our collaborative team, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction throughout the entire vehicle buying process. You will engage with customers both online and in-person, providing them with vehicle information, conducting video walk-arounds, and guiding them from the initial inquiry to the final delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer internet & phone lead inquiries, set appointments, and build a strong sales client base.
- Engage customers by providing detailed vehicle information and conducting video walk-arounds.
- Welcome guests into the dealership promptly and in a friendly manner.
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle buying process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Utilize industry-leading technology to effectively track customer interactions.
- Become a brand expert, highlighting vehicle features and options, and making appropriate product recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- A team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in Automotive sales is a MUST.
- Previous experience in F&I is a an asset.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid OMVIC license.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology, products, and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and video communication software.
- Knowledge of automotive brand products is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building mentality.
- Willingness to use personal cell phone for call, text, and video communications
