Our client is a long-standing leading player in the furniture industry. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team in the furniture industry.

Location: Lower Mainland

Salary Range: $65-$110K including bonuses.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients in the furniture industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities within the furniture industry.
- Provide product knowledge training to clients, keeping them informed about our offerings.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality service to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry competitors, pricing strategies, and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience in the furniture industry, home furnishings and accessories are a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to client relationship management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
