Territory Manager – BRITISH COLUMBIA

Role Profile: We are currently looking for a Territory Manager for BC to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, you will represent CCC Inc., House Brands (The Loud Plug, Terp Gush, The Republic) in the BC retail scene, focusing on maximizing success in this market. Ideal candidates should have a solid network of relationships with BC retailers, a proven track record in building brand recognition, and the dedication needed to establish enduring partnerships. Our company is highly respected in the Cannabis sector, having earned numerous accolades in cannabis and entrepreneurship. This is a remote position based in Vancouver, BC.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with retail teams - Regional Managers, Store Managers, Inventory Managers & Budtenders.
  • Spend most of the time on the road promoting retail sales of cannabis products. Occasional travel to rural communities outside Greater Vancouver may be required as necessary.
  • Present, endorse, and sell CCC Inc., brands. Cultivate brand awareness and community involvement within the assigned territory.
  • Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and consistently schedule visits for sales opportunities.
  • Identify new sales prospects in the territory to support distribution, volume, and market share goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of CCC Inc. brands and products, offer product education to retailers and budtenders.
  • Assist in creating sales materials.
  • Establish a route and coverage strategy, assess the territory's potential, monitor activities, and regularly provide reports to management.
  • Deliver weekly reports to management summarizing trade activities and progress towards objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, best practices, call frequency, and performance.
  • Implement visibility initiatives to enhance customer engagement with our brands.
  • Discover new opportunities to promote CCC Inc., brand portfolio within given regulatory boundaries.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in Cannabis field sales
  • Thorough knowledge of the cannabis industry and regulations.
  • Capability to establish and sustain effective relationships with decision-makers and internal stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook and Excel), with experience in CRM maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, product knowledge, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective time management with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the designated territory, with flexibility for evening, weekend, and overnight commitments.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are mandatory.
