As a direct result of recent growth Sesco (a division of Sonepar Canada) is currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

**You are**:

- Organized to the MAX and you keep your highlighters sorted by the colour spectrum
- Meticulous to detail - it bothers you when the titles of a presentation are not all aligned, and you’ll fix it
- Great under pressure and have managed complex projects in a time crunch
- Amazing communicator with an ability to quickly build relationships
- Not afraid of taking initiative and appreciate owning your work

**You have**:

- Project coordinating experience of 1-3 years in electrical industry
- Ability to review and understand specifications
- Ability to plan and organize effectively
- Ability to think quickly to resolve problems in real time
- Ability to manage several projects at once whilst balancing conflicting priorities and requests
- Effective communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- High degree of motivation and a strong customer focus
- CAPM or PMP certification would be an asset

**Your responsibilities**:

- Be the single point of contact for customers throughout the life cycle of multiple projects
- Enter all orders ensuring accuracy
- Manage approval drawings process & product releases
- Continually maintain and update project status reports and effectively communicate order status to relevant parties
- Diligently manage change order process
- Complete post shipment tasks, such as billings, warranty claims and disputes resolution
