**Job Title**: Office Manager (NOC 13100)
Rayacom Premium Print (1075027 BC LTD.) is a printing press company specializing on offset printing, bindery, label making, brochure making, die cutting, gift box packaging and various printing and packaging. Our manufacturing facility use the most advanced equipment in the market.
We are currently looking for an Office Manager (NOC 13100) with experience in the printing industry. The office manager oversees and implements administrative procedures, establish work priorities, conduct analyses of administrative operations and coordinate acquisition of administrative services such as office space, supplies and security services.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Carry out administrative activities associated with admissions to post-secondary educational institutions
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- May supervise records management technicians and related staff.
**Requirements**:
- Must have at least one year experience in the printing industry
- Strong planning and administrative experience in the printing industry
- Have the necessary technical understanding in printing industry.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Able to plan orders, good in forecasting and plan deliveries
- Able to provide and communicate sound information to the manager
- Able to define problems, collect data/facts (observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources) and draw reasonable conclusions.
- Able to deal with various situations, to work independently as individual and part of a team.
- Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
- Able to communicate in English
- Must have at least completed Secondary School
Position Available: Office Manager (NOC 13100)
Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
**Salary**: $28 per hour
