**Office Manager**

Are you ready to progress your career with a vibrant sports and entertainment agency? We are looking for someone with the energy and drive to work with our team of professionals.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for daily financial transactions, HR support, and office management and administration. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office while supporting our team members.

**Here’s what you need to know about this opportunity**:

- $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Full-time, salaried position. Standard business hours (9 am - 5 pm).
- Vancouver location.
- Hybrid, with an open invitation to join us at the office three days a week (or more).
- Start date: ASAP.

**And here’s what we need from the person who fills this role**:
**Financial Transactions**:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle remittances, expenses, and banking activities efficiently.
- Monitor and reconcile financial records regularly.

**Human Resources Administration**:

- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Manage performance review processes and provide support to managers in performance management activities.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the employee benefits and paid time off programs.

**Office Management**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as required.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage outsourced IT support and propose and optimize equipment and technology solutions that benefit the business
- Support the administrative needs of the executive.

**Expected Outcomes**:

- Efficient handling of daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, remittances, expenses, and banking activities.
- Seamless execution of human resources functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, performance review management, and policy development.
- Effective office management to maintain a productive and organized work environment.

**Competencies**:

- Proven experience in office management, financial administration, and human resources functions.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance requirements.

**Here’s what you bring to the table**:
**Must-haves**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, financial administration, and/or human resources roles.
- Proven track record of managing financial transactions and budgets effectively.
- Experience in leading recruitment processes and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-haves**
- 1-2 years HR and/or administration management experience
- Comfortable working with executives at all levels of the organization
- Resourceful and self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adjust styles to respond appropriately to different circumstances.
- Ability to project manage by obtaining appropriate resources to accomplish projects in an efficient manner.
- Knowledge of systems used by TTG Canada - Quickbooks, Xero, ADP, Wrike, Microsoft Teams
