**We are hiring **Business Development Representative **to join our Team**
We’re looking for a true professional - a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ClearBlue Technologies Group (CBTG) who is an expert communicator who will work to increase the company’s market share in his or her target area, along with increasing company revenues through researching, identifying and actively developing new business opportunities that fit the company’s scopes of work. CBTG is a leader in its field, and we’re growing, so our new BDR needs to be articulate, professional, enthusiastic, and ready to take on a world or opportunity.
The BDR will diligently maintain and update our CRM and sales workflow so we can help you succeed, and you can see clearly how your efforts are driving your results. You’ll provide weekly/monthly progress reports to your supervisor, and we’ll do our best to educate you in the industry, our services, and anything else that will set you up for success from the outset.
You’ll work closely with our marketing people to help deliver messaging that will help you engage with your potential customers and will help drive business to you on a regular basis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research, find and evaluate new markets and business development opportunities through direct prospecting, cold-calling, networking, attending and engaging in various industry, professional, and specific trade associations
- Must be able to utilize market data, trends and forecasting to qualify project leads
- Strategically identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Pursue potential projects that meet the company's project selection criteria
- Develop and maintain client database in our CRM (with training)
- Deliver compelling and effective presentations to introduce ClearBlue’s capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.
- Pursue potential projects that meet the company's project selection criteria
- Provide monthly progress reports on new business development activities and other key indicators to the CRTG management team.
- Develop digital marketing communications to send to client database
- Positively demonstrate our mission, vision, value statements, reputation, code of ethics, standards, policies and procedures with internal and external stakeholders
- Prudently manage business development budget according to company policy
