**About the role**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing IT Account Managers team, ensuring they provide exceptional service to both current and prospective customers.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients in order to identify their needs and provide top-notch solutions.
- Streamline, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and customer service, such as response times, order processing efficiency, and customer satisfaction level.
- Implement training and cross-training plans with team members to ensure the most up-to-date product and solution knowledge, while supporting their professional growth and development.
- Assisting the HR team with recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict management for the inside sales team.
- Participating in sales meetings and providing updates regarding team performance, sales trends, and market insights.
- Stay updated on industry sales trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies that may impact sales strategies and customer preferences.
- Monitor competitor activities, including pricing strategies, product offerings, and sales tactics, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of opportunity.
- Other duties as required.
**Qualifications**
**Education and Experience**
- Completed post-secondary education focusing on Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in sales/customer service with increasing responsibilities or successful promotions.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Previous experience using CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of IT products and services is a strong asset.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
