**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an Administrator to join our Building Services department. This position will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth function of one of our major accounts. This position involves handling data-entry, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy, along with coordinating communication with clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Manage Key Accounts**:Foster strong client relationships, understand their needs, and grow revenue opportunities. Acting as the primary point of contact, coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- ** Setting up New Projects**: Initiate projects, define objectives, assign tasks, and ensure alignment with timelines. Conducting project kickoff meetings, monitor progress and address any deviations.
- ** Job-Completion Follow-Ups**:Review completed projects, gather feedback, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement. Address post-project issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- ** Quality Control**: Establish and implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and provide training and support team members.
- ** Managing Specific Account Software**: Gain expertise in account management software, customize settings, and provide training and support to team members.
- ** Handling High-Volume Work Orders**:Develop efficient workflows, prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and monitor status for timely completion of projects.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience working in facility service field or other related fields.
- Proven experience in account management or related field
- Strong time management, communication, decision making and analytical skill
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of work effectively
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (on-site)
**Salary Range**:$45,000-$48,000
