**Administrative Assistant/Receptionist**

We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to work alongside our broker group who can hit the ground running and complete various administrative related tasks including:
- Provide Administrative Support to Brokers and Management
- Transpose PDF Data to Excel
- Prepare and Issue Legal Certificates Under Broker Direction
- Assist and Direct Inbound Calls and Walk in Clients
- Manage Office Correspondence
- Data Entry to Power Broker Management System & Applied Rating System
- Support the sales and customer service team while providing a superior level of service
- Administer, support and complete policy changes within our company partner’s portals and websites
- Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our broker partners
- Coordinate and follow up on client documents
