We are seeking a customer centric** Sales Administrator (part-time) **to join our team. At Caivan, the Sales Administrator coordinates customer interactions, centralizes sales administration, and supports the Sales and Marketing Team. The Sale Administrator identifies and qualifies prospects, expedites home buying processes, and contribute to the premium customer experience, ultimately helping Caivan meet sales goals and promote its brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and efficient objection handling.
- Guide customers through home purchase and construction processes.
- Provide administrative support for scheduling, deposit management, and inventory maintenance.
- Qualify leads and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet revenue goals and complete various administrative tasks.

- Passion for real estate and design.
- Post-secondary education with a focus on Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, innovation, and problem-solving.
- Independent and team player with a track record of outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Availability for evening and weekend work.
**Sales Centre Hours**:
- Monday - Thursday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Friday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Saturday - Sunday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
