Job Brief

Canadian Health Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated **Operations Support Specialist **to provide both technical and administrative assistance for our daily business operations. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining system and process efficiency, and offering administrative support. In this position, you'll be crucial in managing client satisfaction and ensuring the clinic's treatment programs continue to be effective and successful. Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic are essential for thriving in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order necessary office supplies for all staff; physician supplies and other medical supplies needed for physician office.
- Monitor and track the number of new patients enrolled in the program; track retention statistics; percentage of growth; and overall quality of service in the clinic.
- Communicating with community partners / other stakeholders on behalf of Cory / the clinic
- Overseeing the Hep C program
- Tracking / monitoring patients using outside pharmacies
- Communicating with service providers when needed (cleaning, lawn, snow, maintenance etc)
- Organizing PRC participation in events / community outreach / marketing etc
- Possibly NBPDP freq dispensing forms, manual billings/invoicing
- Monitor readiness and cleanliness of office area.

Required
- Graduate of a recognized Medical Office Administration Program or combination of skills and experience.
- Excellent computer skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple conflicting priorities often under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong leadership ability.
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and client discretion at all times.
- Must be detailed oriented to ensure accurate deliverables with ability to take initiative to meet deadlines.
- High level of motivation, maturity & dependability.
- Must be a fast learner and open to constructive feedback.
- High level of business maturity in a fast paced, high output practice.
- Positive attitude and the ability to reflect a professional company image.
