**Administrative Assistant Position**:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Company's Director and working in operations team. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Sales team and Operations to ensure efficient operation of the organization.

**Essential Duties and Expectations**:

- Become knowledgeable about Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures by self learning and under the guidance of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC)
- Track Client’s information, their case updates and deadlines in the CRM system, collate client documents, fill government forms (electronic and PDF)
- Execute client file management functions, including setting up and organizing clients’ electronic files case closing procedures
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Client File Management, Client Confidentiality, Administrative procedures, etc.
- Support administrative data entry functions in our CRM
- Management of additional tasks as required and requested by company directors.
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls when appropriate
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness by picking up trash, sorting through mail, etc.
- Maintain office supply inventory by ordering supplies as needed
- Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or executive director.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one-year Canadian work experience is required.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in science, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Very strong professional references.
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Be detail oriented and capable of completing tasks on their own
- Be able to meet deadlines and work under short timelines for delivery
- Be able to manage clients in a professional manner
- Manage/prioritize a challenging work load
- Must be proficient at word, excel, outlook, CRM and have good typing ability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Canadian: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
