**Job Duties and Responsibilities **include (but are not limited to):
Sales:
- Implementing sales strategies and understanding of customer service
- Santa’Ville product knowledge
- Upsell according to customer’s wants/need
Inventory Tracking:
- Report any broken/damaged, stolen, or inaccurate inventory
- Restock and organize products as necessary
- Complete bi-weekly inventory count
General:
- Ensure cleanliness and organization
- Organization of inventory and storage areas
- Follow dress code
Qualifications:
- Past retail sales and customer service experience is an asset
- Exemplary penmanship or artistic ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player with good communication, and organization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, based on business needs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Expected hours: 15 - 45 per week
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
