As Catering Coordinator, you will support the Catering Department through a variety tasks, working closely with other departments to ensure first class service to our members. Your duties will include:
**Event Sales**
- Maintaining an active trace/follow up system on all sales enquiries
- Providing tours of Club Event Spaces

**Catering Office Admin**
- Reception Support for the Director of Catering and the office, if required
- Daily reader board and change logs
- Coordinating rentals and orders with external vendors.
- Booking support for the Terminal City Club Board of Directors
- Creating Jonas (Club Software) accounts
- Verifying and preparing catering invoices, which includes answering inquiries and data entry for catering packages using CaterEase
- Coordinating & communicating with other departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Creating accounts, events, menus and prices in CaterEase

**Special Projects**
- Supporting with the Annual Catering Package
- Assisting with the coordination of Holiday Season at the Club

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
