Business Development Producer

TRYPTYC is currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and creative Sales & Business Development Producer with a successful sales and lead generation record in the visual effects industry to join our Toronto based studio.
The Sales & Business Development Producer will work closely with company ownership to identify and develop new opportunities for business growth while taking the lead on the pitch and bid process up until award and excel with client relationship management. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of the studio.
This is a remote only position however applicants must be based in Canada.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proven record in selling VFX services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented with a record of success in meeting deadlines
- A strong work ethic and a collaborative attitude with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
- A strong knowledge of the visual effects industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including with internal and external partners and all levels of management.
- Experience selling in both direct and indirect or channel-driven models.
- Proven experience in generating vfx bids.
- An excellent level of English, oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Confident working independently.
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
- Generating real conversions on leads and prospective accounts for new business
- Present our services to clients and partners
- Listen and understand clients' needs and challenges
- Leverage industry knowledge and experience to define and guide the customer requirements and configuration of solutions
- Elicit and document customer requirements
- Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Gather ongoing prospect/customer feedback and related information
- Work closely with company stakeholders to keep them updated on industry trends and client requirements
- Be an ambassador for the company.
- Collaborate with internal VFX Supervisors and Producers to develop effective pitch and bid packages.
