**BFL CANADA is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Personal Lines Team, in our Winnipeg Office**
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Client Executives in providing the highest quality service to our High Net Worth clients, colleagues, and insurers. If you are looking for a dynnamic work environment, please keep reading

**YOUR DAY AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**
- Process all renewals and endorsements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare underwriting submissions, client proposals, cover notes, etc. and maintain appropriate documentation for various accounts and/or correspondence, with clear instructions and direction from the Client Executives.
- Ensure abeyances and follow-ups for outstanding items from underwriters and clients are in place and completed.
- Focus on maximizing retention.
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
