Honeybee Development Group has projects underway across Canada including multi-family developments, residential developments, subdivisions and rezoning projects. They have established themselves as a full service boutique firm that handles all construction and development related fields. The team prides themselves in being entrepreneurial, optimistic and growth oriented while prioritizing the balance of both personal and work life.

**THE ROLE**

To support the Operations side of the business and to alleviate the pressures of day to day coordination tasks, Honeybee Development is in search of an Executive Assistant and right hand for one of its founders. This strategic and skillful individual will be accountable for:

- Office Coordination: managing expense tracking and reconciliation, coordinating invoicing, systemizing filing and organizing mortgage and banking documentation.
- Client + Investor Relations: responding to and fielding inquiries from clients and investors with a professional and thoughtful approach.
- Day to Day Operations: coordinating meetings and managing calendars, supporting in booking travel, running errands, checking in on projects and providing support with pickups and deliveries.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years experience providing executive and office coordination support.
- Experience working in real estate or property development, preferably with exposure to mortgages and corporate banking.
- Confident leveraging Excel and Google Suite in a professional setting.
- Previous exposure to entrepreneurial organizations.
- Valid drivers license required with reliable access to a vehicle being an added bonus.
