En tant que directeur de district en formation (DMit), vous assurerez le leadership et le soutien de notre personnel sur le terrain, en aidant à superviser l'un de nos bureaux locaux, dans le but de devenir un directeur de district (DM) au sein de notre organisation. Votre rôle consistera à fournir des services d'inventaire de base à un large éventail de clients au détail et non au détail, opérant dans un environnement de travail compétitif, structuré, énergique et prospère.
Le poste est responsable de la planification, de l'organisation, de la coordination et de la direction d'équipes de professionnels de l'inventaire, afin de fournir un service exceptionnel à nos précieux clients.
- Maximiser la performance financière, analyser les résultats et rendre compte de la performance opérationnelle à la haute direction.
- Promouvoir la croissance de l'entreprise avec les comptes nouveaux et existants en offrant des niveaux élevés de service à la clientèle, en favorisant les relations avec les responsables locaux des magasins, des districts et de la prévention des pertes.
- Améliorer les performances de l'équipe en respectant et en appliquant toutes les politiques/procédures WIS (normes vestimentaires des employés, assiduité, professionnalisme et productivité) ainsi qu'en assurant une dotation et une formation efficaces des employés.
- Assurer l'exécution et la rentabilité constantes du projet en formant un personnel qualifié, en gérant correctement l'équipement et les ressources, en coordonnant le transport sécuritaire de nos équipes vers les chantiers et en examinant/respectant les instructions spécifiques au compte.
- Assurez-vous que des instructions et des procédures claires sont communiquées aux membres de l'équipe lors de chaque événement client.
- Mettre en œuvre et promouvoir un environnement de travail sûr en créant une culture de comportements et de pratiques de travail sûrs.
- Être responsable du développement et du maintien d'un environnement de travail positif.
- Un diplôme d'études collégiales, idéalement en commerce ou en gestion, ou une formation et une expérience équivalentes.
- Trois ans d'expérience en supervision (expérience multi-unités) de préférence.
- Un sens bien défini de la diplomatie, de la résolution de conflits et des compétences en gestion des personnes.
- Compétences efficaces en communication écrite et verbale et connaissances informatiques dans Excel, PowerPoint et Word.
- Une forte capacité à former, construire et motiver une équipe diversifiée.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail dans toutes les facettes de leur travail.
- Un permis de conduire canadien valide avec un dossier de conduite vierge ou quasi vierge.
