- En tant que directeur de district, vous gérerez et maximiserez les stratégies commerciales pour un district composé de 8 à 12 magasins. Le directeur de district est responsable du recrutement et du développement du personnel de gestion et des équipes de magasin, assurant une rentabilité maximale et la conformité aux objectifs et aux politiques de l’entreprise tout en se concentrant sur l’amélioration de l’expérience du client.
- Effectuer des visites en magasin avec directrices et les directeurs de magasins afin d’évaluer et de cerner les occasions d’affaires visant à améliorer la croissance des ventes, la rentabilité et le service à la clientèle.
- S’assurer que tous les directeurs de magasin, les directeurs et les conseillers en beauté du district assistent à la connaissance obligatoire des produits et à tous les modules de formation d’entreprise requis.
- Évaluer et reconnaître le rendement en effectuant des évaluations annuelles du rendement et des augmentations au mérite.
- Former, encadrer, motiver et diriger les équipes du district afin d’offrir des normes de service à la clientèle exceptionnelles.
- Fournir des stratégies et des possibilités de maintien en poste en menant des conversations individuelles mensuelles avec tous les gestionnaires et en créant des plans de perfectionnement individuels pour leur croissance continue.
- Établir un partenariat avec les Ressources humaines pour enquêter, évaluer et résoudre tous les problèmes liés aux relations avec les employés.
- Élaborer des stratégies pour maximiser le potentiel de ventes en prévoyant avec précision les ventes, en veillant à ce que les plans de dotation soient conformes aux tendances commerciales et en ajustant la masse salariale en conséquence.
- Créer des plans d’action pour augmenter les bénéfices et contrôler les dépenses variables en évaluant le P&L sur une base mensuelle.
- S’assurer que les magasins du district maintiennent et respectent les procédures opérationnelles normalisées, les politiques de prévention des pertes et les lignes directrices en matière de ressources humaines.
- Établissez des relations avec des partenaires d’entreprise clés : ressources humaines, prévention des pertes, marchandisage et gestion des stocks, finances, opérations de magasin, animations, développement de magasins et informatique pour s’assurer que les besoins de votre district sont satisfaits et que les ventes et la rentabilité sont maximisées.

- Capacité éprouvée à créer des équipes en identifiant des leaders de magasin talentueux qui peuvent former et développer un casting pour stimuler les ventes et offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
- Maîtrise des compétences informatiques de base, y compris Windows, Word et Excel.
- Capacité éprouvée à gérer le temps pour exécuter plusieurs tâches et changer les priorités.
