We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our construction company. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including accounting tasks and managing social media platforms. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of our office and enhance our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in reconciling financial statements and conducting basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), create engaging content, and schedule posts to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and reviews, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives and team members.
- Assist in preparing and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Provide general support to the team, such as arranging logistics for events or meetings and assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting tasks and financial management.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and managing social media accounts.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
