About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman/Woman to join our team at Whitehouse Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our glass installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule glass installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train glass installation team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that glass installation work meets company standards and regulations.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage project budgets, estimating costs and materials required for successful project completion.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all glass installation projects are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, as necessary.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in glass installation or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own transportation.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel to project sites. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
