We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman/Woman to join our Glass Installation team at Whitehouse Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the installation of glass products, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of glass installers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to complete their tasks.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all glass installations meet the required standards and are completed to the highest quality.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, and that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The role will involve working on-site, with occasional travel required to meet with clients and stakeholders.
Benefits- Gasoline Paid: You will be reimbursed for the cost of gasoline used for work-related travel.
