About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman/Woman to join our team at Whitehouse Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our glass installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the installation of glass products, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of glass installers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to complete projects successfully.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all glass installations meet the required standards and are completed to the highest quality.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, and that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Work Conditions: Willingness to work on the road and in various weather conditions.
