**Responsibilities**:
**_ A Day in the Life:_**
- Provide support and expertise to the company and its business leaders regarding Human Resources programs.
- Manage all payroll-related activities to Snap-on and ensure flawless end-to-end administration.
- Administer and maintain group benefit programs, including ensuring monthly invoicing is accurate, current, and submitted to Finance for payments.
- Own the Dealer-FX HRIS, including but not limited to data entry for all new hires and departures.
- Be recognized as an HR expert and resource for employees at all levels throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with all Human Resources team members in all aspects of team operations, projects, and other related matters; provide insight, ideas and solutions.
- Support health and safety initiatives to ensure legislated compliance and participate in the JHSC.
- Respond to general inquiries from staff filtered through a general mailbox.
- HR administration, including maintenance of employee files, templates and standard letters
- Runs ad-hoc and regularly scheduled reports and audits to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation between various sources
- Conducts annual reviews to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

- Post
- Secondary education (Degree or Diploma) in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 5+ years experience in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
- Experience in Canadian and U.S HR legislation and a solid understanding of benefit programs, such as Group Insurance, RRSP, 401K, Etc.
- Experience in various areas of Human resources, including performance management, recruitment, organizational development, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Strong skills in Excel, iCims, and ADP WFN or other ATS/HRCM Systems
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ethical fortitude and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and respect
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal clients and stakeholders, as external third parties
- Customer-centric approach to supporting business through its HR and people-related programs
- Self-motivated and results-driven with an analytical mind, able to think both inside and outside the box
