**MVA Administrator, Assessment and Billing Co Ordinator** (Motor Vehicle Accident Field) (In-Person)
Looking for a responsible, professional with minimum of 2 years experience in all aspects of the Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) field.
Specializing in assessment operations, Invoicing and Account Receivables.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
Knowledge of the FSCO and Ontario SABS legislation - Acts & Regulations.
Universal Software and HCAI tracking is an asset
Experience with MVA, EHC (Telus Health) & WSIB invoicing and billing
Importance on Coordinating and directing clinic assessments
Computer skills, Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE AND NOT LIMITED TO**:
Auditing clinic charges for 2 clinics according to services provided.
Monthly Billing MVA insurance Co.'s, along with EHC and WSIB providers where applicable.
Communication with Insurance adjusters and Legal representatives with respect to patient claims / files
Account Receivables
Occasional Front desk duties, answering telephone, booking patient appointments, co coordinating patient transportation (if applicable)
Weekly reports for CEO of company
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
